Air filters

C-Tex will effectively remove odours, VOCs and many combustion products. High purity gas filtration for critical processes and applications.

Carbon cloth media can be supplied in single or multi-layer format for use in filter panels and cartridges. Media can also be supplied with pleatable backings.

Regenerative filters for VOC adsorption

C-Tex carbon cloth is 100% carbon and conductive, which has led to the development of regenerable filtration units by our customers.

Water filters

C-Tex is used in specialist, high performance water filtration applications where high purity is paramount and where a small, lightweight filter is required without detrimenting performance.

C-Tex will remove odour, chlorine/bad taste, iodine and organics such as toluene, PCB’s, THM’s and pesticides.

Gas sensor filters

C-Tex will effectively remove gases that are capable of damaging or affecting the performance of gas sensor cells. High efficiency at low ppm levels means that C-Tex is often the adsorptive filter of choice for this demanding application. Typical usage would be protecting electrochemical or catalytic devices from surge concentrations of gases and vapours that generate false positive responses. The mode of operation can be selectively modified by the incorporation of chemisorption agents.

Mask and hood protection

C-Tex will effectively filter odours, pollution, VOC’s, many dangerous chemicals and combustion gases when incorporated into respiratory masks and filter hoods.
